-. Engraving refers to permanent marking, etching & engraving. Marking and etching is a subtle form of engraving.

-. Each item has a limit to the amount of characters we can engrave due to its size and curvature.
-. Overall size, hatch, and resolution of engraving is at our discretion as it is depends on material and model.

-. Quality Standard: Engraving looks satisfactory under normal reading distance 30cm. Elegant in size.
-. Naturally, products that come sealed / shrink wrapped will be opened to take out for engraving.
-. Expect some potential delay in dispatch, especially for late orders, as this is rather new to us.

Engraving results may vary depending on item. For example, metal lacquered pens generally have a brass metal underneath, and will therefore have a gold, brass finish.

Results varies depending on the type and color of the material. Some plastics look better than other. So, please consult before purchase. [ Engraved item is NOT returnable. ]

Although the machine is capable of engraving infinite variation of fonts, some fonts may not be suitable for fine engraving.

For the time being, engraving is limited to name or initials.

Maximum Character: 16 character including space. 1 line, 1 default position.

*We will copy and paste the text you put on the note.
*Do ensure you spell the text accurately, including upper/lower case & punctuations (space, dot, comma, etc). By default, space between words is 1.
*Please mention selected font (Calibri/Monotype Corsiva). If not stated, text will be engraved with Monotype Corsiva as default.
