Nahvalur, the Icelandic orthography of Narwhal, embodies the origin of narwhals who live around the Arctic waters near Iceland year-round.
This rebranding effort is in light of legal considerations for trademark registration, since "Narwhal" is not unique enough to be trademarked for Narwhal Pens. This rebranding will also allow us to optimize search engine results, allowing pen enthusiasts to better discover Nahvalur.
Take a plunge with the vacuum-filling Nahvalur (formerly known as Narwhal) Original PLUS fountain pen. This design is a fresh take on the classic demonstrator fountain pen with an upgrade in ink capacity thanks to the easy-to-use vacuum mechanism.
The Original PLUS has a translucent acrylic body so the writer may see the ink slosh around the inside of the pen. Fill the barrel with ink using the vacuum plunger with a simple, one-handed operation. Write smoothly in a variety of stainless steel nibs sizes (number 6 size, manufactured by Nahvalur).
