Delivery is made H+1 from the ordered date according to invoice. If you need the item instantly, please reach out to us prior to your check out to confirm availability.
2. Orders made on Saturday will be sent on Monday as we are CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. Thank you for being patient with us!
3. If you need items to be sent to you at a specific time, please be noted to check out with INSTANT as this ensures that drivers will immediately send the item to you upon the pick up of item. SAMEDAY deliveries cannot guarantee timely deliveries and when cancelled, have a possibility of only being re-allocated H+1 after the supposed delivery date. At that point, we CANNOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS. We will try our best to help contact Tokopedia immediately re-allocate a driver, but please be aware that it is beyond our control to allocate drivers on this third party platform. However, you may request for us to send you manually with an additional ongkir budget.
