SJ-250 Water Whetstone for Tormek T-7 / T-8

The Japanese water whetstone with its grain size of 4000 ensures a mirror-like surface with barely visible grinding grooves. Due to the small amount of material removed, it is specially designed for the production of the finest surfaces and cannot be used to shape a tool.

It is suitable for sharpening hand tools such as carving tools, knives, scissors, plane irons and chisels that already have the correct shape and angle. Use the fine side of the stone grader to clean the grindstone of steel particles about once a minute. Use never the coarse side of the Stone Grader on the Japanese Waterstone.
