At OverTheMoon Artisan Ice cream, we use only the best real ingredients. That means real, homemade jams, real tea leaves and Belgian Callebaut chocolate.
Our ice creams are less sweet; just sweet enough to satisfy your cravings - but never overloading your sweet senses. All the goodness with less of them sugars :)
No shortcuts taken when making our ice cream. That means we do it the hard way, so you can have the best, healthier product! No artificial coloring, flavoring or preservatives, chemical stabilizers and gums.
*** STORAGE & HANDLING***
We don't use preservatives or stabilizers and gum. That means, our ice cream is best consumed within two weeks (2 minggu). Store it in the coldest part of your freezer.
Remove ice cream from freezer and put on the counter for around 5 minutes before consumption to let your artisan ice cream soften from storage temperature to consumption temperature for best texture.
NOTE: exposure to fluctuating temperature or keeping too long in your home freezer may result in ice crystals forming. Consume within two weeks for best texture.
