How to use:
1. Put the jaws into the inner hole of bearing, fixing the yoke with your hand, and then screw the handle to make the Tip detached from the jaw to hook the jaw on bearing.
2. Loose the nut upwardly, and move the stand to the edge of bearing, then screw the Screw of the Stand to fix the Stand.
3. Fix the handle and revolve the nut downwardly with an open-end. Finally the bearing will be easily lifted off the seat."
