ISMAYA Meal Kit: Stockyard Rib Eye Steak With Roasted Potatoes (Partially Cooked / Uncooked) 250 g Stockyard Rib Eye perfectly sous-vide to medium, with a side of roasted potatoes and signature green peppercorn sauce Serves : 1 - 2 To re-heat: 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium-high heat 2. Place ribeye on hot pan, season with salt and pepper, sear until nicely charred for about 3 minutes 3. Flip and season the other side with salt and pepper, sear until both sides are charred 4. Lower the heat, add butter to the pan, and spoon melted butter onto the steak repeatedly to baste it 4. Remove the ribeye from heat, and let it rest on an oven rack for 5 minutes before cutting into it 5. Meanwhile, in the same pan, melt some butter and toss the potatoes to reheat 6. Place the Green Peppercorn Sauce vacuum bag in a pot of boiling water for 1 minute to reheat 7.
