Index Compact Graphite

A compact version of the most famous Index board set. Corrugated boards were replaced by smooth ones with rounded edges. Each board has a rim to hold juice and crumbs. Any board can be used from both sides. The case is placed vertically, therefore it saves space. It even fits into a small kitchen. The boards are labeled so you know exactly which foods to cut on which board. Raw meat, raw vegetables, fish, bread, and cooked vegetables. The boards have a special coating that is gentle on the knives. Silicone feet prevent the boards from sliding on the table.
