PowerFlex Chargers use reflex charging technology that delivers charging pulses of current in between short reverse pulses that slightly discharge the battery. PowerFlex Chargers use pump-specific cables to charge sample pumps and are ideal for use with NiMH and NiCad batteries. Use PowerFlex Chargers to charge up to four different SKC pump models simultaneously.

SKC PowerFlex Chargers use a patented reflex charging technology that delivers pulses of current instead of constant current. In between pulses, PowerFlex applies short reverse pulses that discharge the battery slightly. This eases the battery into a full, uniform charge and prevents dramatic increases in internal temperature and pressure that can damage the battery and shorten its life. To prevent overcharging, PowerFlex continuously monitors the charging voltage curve to find the inflection point, then it quickly and automatically switches to a safe pulsing-type trickle charge upon full charge.
