Program ini memberikan pengetahuan dasar perencanaan kurikulum atau pendidik. Seorang perencana kurikulum harus memiliki kemampuan komptensi dalam merancang strategi pembelajaran. Sehingga diharapkan bahwa perencana kurikulum mampu mengembangkan program pembelajaran yang efektif dan efesien.

Peserta pelatihan mampu merancang RPP interaktif dengan menunjukkan minimal 80% penguasaan materi pada saat unjuk
keterampilan.

1. Mengkonstruksikan prinsip-prinsip pengajaran interaktif yang sesuai dengan fungsi otak manusia.
2. Menyusun standar kompetensi yang relevan dengan pengajaran interaktif
3. Merancang program pembelajaran, sumber pembelajaran, dan perangkat asesmen yang mendukung pengajar interaktif.
4. Merancang desain instruksional yang sesuai dengan prinsip pengajaran interaktif.
5. Melakukan penyesuaian strategi pembelajaran interaktif untuk peningkatan berkelanjutan.
