MasterFlow 816 Grout is a ready-to-use aggregate free grout specially formulated for applications that require a fluid shrinkage compensating grout where clearances are shallow, grouting of tensioned cables and rods stressed above 550 MPa. RECOMMENDED USES • shrinkage compensated grouting inrestricted spaces between precast wallpanels, beams and columns where grout willbe in contact with highly stressed steel • grouting of anchor bolts, rods and pipeswhere the annular space is too small forconventional aggregate containing grouts(clearances of 6 to 25 mm) • repairs to concrete, such as cracks andhoneycombing, filling small voids • pumping into areas around pretensioned orposttensioned cables and rods toencapsulate the steel and protect it againstcorrosion, and to provide maximumanchorage • placing around end sections of unanchoredcables and rods to provide anchorage forsubsequent tensioning • grouting cable anchor plates or other typesof plates where grout will be in contact withhighly stressed anchorages.
