Type selection instructions:

and cannot be used in the occasions that require quick shutdown and

OUR SUGGESTIONS

220V to 380V frequency converter is to solve the problem that the motor of electric equipment is 380V three-phase, but there is no 380V three-phase power supply around it, but only 220V single-phase power supply. The specific solution can refer to the following suggestions:

A. If the three-phase 380V motor itself is a star connection, it can be changed to a triangular connection. At this time, the motor becomes three-phase 220V motor, using our 220V converter to make single-phase 220V into three- phase 220V, the same level power selection can solve the problem.

(For motors that require fast shutdown and potential loads, inverters of the same voltage level are required and braking resistors are connected for normal use)

B. If the three-phase 380V motor itself is triangular connection, it can not be solved by changing its connection method. We must use our 220V to 380V converter to solve the problem, and pay attention to the selection.

C. Identification of motor connections can be referred to in the following figure:Figure1 is a star connected motor.Figure 2 is a triangular connection motor.

Special note:

The frequency converter is a soft-start drive motor. Turn on the motor after the inverter cannot be started.

In such an incorrect operation, the inverter will trip for protection.

If a switch is used to control the start and stop of the motor,

the switch can be switched to a passive uncharged signal and controlled by the terminal of the inverter,

so that the original switch can be used to control the inverter to control the start

and stop of the motor.
