3. Harap diperhatikan loyang kami buatan TANGAN oleh PENGRAJIN, sehingga baret minor tidak dapat dihindari. Sebelum dikirim kami telah menyortir sesuai standar kualitas kami. LOYANG KUE TIDAK BISA 100% MULUS SEPERTI BELI PRODUK BUATAN PABRIK.
4. Untuk jenis loyang kotak, MEMANG BOCOR AIR, TAPI JIKA UNTUK ADONAN KUE TIDAK AKAN BOCOR. Loyang kotak dibuat menggunakan tangan dan bukan mesin, jadi tidak bisa mampet 100%, akan ada celah yang bisa dilewati air, tapi tidak bisa dilewati adonan kue yang kental.

KENAPA HARGA LEBIH MAHAL? Karena kualitas loyang kami bukan kualitas kaleng-kaleng, yang jika dipakai manggang 2 kali langsung penyok. Loyang kami dijamin AWET ANTI PENYOK! hasil kue lebih rapih, kokoh, dan anti gagal karena aluminium yang digunakan berkualitas tinggi. Lebih baik bayar mahal sedikit tapi bisa awet daripada beli murah-murah tapi malah jadi tidak terpakai di rumah.

2. The weight of the products are slightly added to anticipate shipping cost that is calculated based on the volume of our products. if there's difference between the real shipping cost and how much the customers pay, we will donate the excess. buying=agreeing.
3. All of our baking pans are made by hand, not factory machine made. so there will probably be minor defects but it won't affect the performance of the pans. please understand.
4. For the square baking pans please note that water will run through the corner, but for the cake batter it won't flow through. our pans are for baking cake batter, not for boiling water. please understand.
