Product usage:
After coating the surface between the two metal parts, it is cured when isolated from the air, so that the threads are closely matched together, so as to prevent loosening and leakage caused by shock or corrosion. The use of thread locking agents is one of the economical solutions to ensure the stability and safety of components.
Combined use:
Loctite SF 7649 ator can improve the curing speed of anaerobic adhesive and sealant without significantly reducing the bond strength. It is especially suitable for the application of inert metal surface or inert working surface with large adhesive gap.
Precautions:
1. This product is not suitable for use in pure or oxygen-rich environment, and cannot be used as a sealing material for chlorine gas or other strong oxidizing substances.
2. This product should not be used on plastics, especially thermoplastics which may cause stress cracking.
3. The appropriate amount of glue can be coated, the surface overflow will affect the internal curing, if there is glue overflow, it is recommended to re-glue.
4. The product works better in the thin adhesive layer below 0.05mm. For extra large threads, the gap will affect the curing speed and strength of the product.
