Finding the perfect balance between tart and sweet in lemon desserts can be quite a challenge. However, this lemon Bundt cake has mastered the art of infusing lemon in every single component - from the lemon poppy seed cake to the lemon simple syrup and lemon glaze. Despite incorporating lemon in each layer, the flavor does not overpower the sweetness of the vanilla and the richness of the buttery undertones.

To keep the cake moist, we use a simple lemon syrup that seeps into the cake and creates an irresistible moist texture. The lemon glaze on top adds the perfect finishing touch to the cake, as it is a must-have for any lemon cake lover.

We understand that Bundt cakes tend to be a little dry, which is why we use a few eggs to ensure tenderness and buttermilk to provide a moist texture. To add a sprinkle of light crunch, we also include chia seeds. Moreover, we use lots of fresh lemon zest and juice to enhance the cake's flavor.

We offer two size options - a medium 20cm Bundt cake and a large 24cm Bundt cake. To ensure that the cake arrives in perfect condition, we deliver the glaze separately packed. Simply reheat the glaze slightly to make it easier to drizzle over the cake.
