These scaffolding tags are weather proof and durable. Before assessment the holder with the Prohibition symbol and wording "Scaffolding Incomplete Do Not Use" should be attached to your scaffold. Complete the inspection and fill in details on the tag. Our tags are multi-purpose and include a tick section on Weight which includes Light Duty 225kg, Medium Duty 450kg or
Heavy Duty 675kg.
On satisfactory completion of the inspection, write the next test date or inspection on the rear of the tag and insert the tag into the holder.(HOLDER SOLD SEPERATELY) The equipment is now ready to use.
