operation manual:
1. type-c female base and the power input end of + ~ welding pad position next to it, connect to 5V input voltage.
2. B+ is connected to the positive electrode of lithium battery, and B~ is connected to the negative electrode of lithium battery. OUT+ OUT connect loads, such as set-up board.
3. connect the battery to B+ B-, insert the phone charger to USB, the blue light is on, indicating that there is a power supply, the red light flashes, indicating that it is charging. When the charge is full, the red light stops flashing and turns into a regular light.
