2. Masa berlaku garansi 18 bulan sejak tanggal pembelian. Garansi tidak mencakup kerusakan -kerusakan yang disebabkan, kesalahan penggunaan, bencana alam, korosi, karat, kesalahan tegangan listrik yang tidak stabil, pemakaian yang tidak sesuai dengan buku petunjuk & kesalahan instalasi.

3. Garansi one to one replacement hanya untuk tablet saja tidak termasuk aksesoris (pen, kabel, dll)

4. Kami tidak akan bertanggung jawab jika Graphic Tablet/Display yang telah diservice tidak diambil dalam waktu 3 bulan.

5. Garansi hanya berlaku untuk produk XP-Pen yang dibeli dari Toko Kami.

6. Serial Number pada kartu garansi harus sesuai dengan Serial Number pada fisik Graphhic Tablet/Display.
