Our electronic drums are equipped with sound modules covering the entire sound range from start to finish, all based on real drum samples tuned by skilled engineers. We've done a thorough test of how an acoustic drum responds to being hit to help achieve a truly appropriate representation of drum work. In addition, professional drummers from all over the world have evaluated the DTX-PRO's performance, so that we can further enhance its expressive abilities. The combination of expertise we have acquired as a music hardware manufacturer allows Yamaha to deliver expertly crafted module and pad combinations that provide outstanding playability.

Yamaha original TCS heads are used for all pads creating a fun, natural feel and rebound that keeps you going
3-zone pad for snare and ride. Cymbals can be choked and muted. Ride cymbal is equipped with hit point detection function
Yamaha's traditional ball clamp is used for the snare clamp.
