In paying tribute to the ingenuity of Tesei, Spinnaker has developed a series of robustly built fine timepiece that embraces both the spirit and performance of naval soldiers. The Bronze edition represents the first timepiece by Spinnaker to be hand assembled in Switzerland.
Dial:
The dial is an unfussy yet well-balanced mix of vintage diving cues with a wave pattern embossing on the dial and circular, triangular and baton applied indexes applied with Swiss Super-LumiNova in a beige vintage colour. Bold pencil shaped hour and minute hands are facetted and precisely finished and also applied with Swiss Super-LumiNova offering better low-light visibility and legibility.
Case:
A 43 mm diameter case is painstakingly forged out of solid Bronze with a convex scratch-resistant sapphire lens in place and see through exhibition caseback.
Design:
True to the Italian spirit of the timepiece – the Tesei features an Italian made, custom designed waterproofed genuine leather straps hand finished with care by a craftsman in Florence. This Swiss Made timepiece is assembled carefully, with the utmost care harmonizing the spirit of romantic, masculine vintage diver together with the best of modern Swiss watchmaking technique.
