Aroma & Taste:Redolent of sweet spices, maple syrup, granary toast, manuka honey, hints of smoke coming off of damp oak, a little tanginess and fruit. Medium-bodied with sweet, creamy malt notes, juicy barley, custard, toffee apples, cherry bake-well tart and a tinge of sweet smoke.
