2. Membuka packaging produk hrp hati2. Complain tdk bisa diterima jika packaging kotor/rusak/sobek krn dibuka dengan kasar
3. Video harus ORIGINAL (tdk diedit/disambung)
4. BATAS WAKTU complain max. 1x24 jam sejak brg tiba di alamat pembeli
