Rectifier Motor Brake Power Module (8651)
ZLKS series rectifier power supply is a special product for DC electromagnetic brake and DC electromagnetic clutch. Its function is to convert AC power supply into DC power supply that can meet the needs of DC electromagnetic brake or DC electromagnetic clutch. There are two types of wiring : led wire type and terminal type; there are two types of fast type in terms of the number of lead terminals (the fast type is divided into fast pull-in, fast release and both fast pull-in and fast release). There are two types of input and output voltage : 220V AC voltage input, 99V DC voltage output and 380V AC voltage input, 170V DC voltage output.
It has small size, good sealing, suitable for the standard working environment of YEJ motor, and can be directly installed in the terminal box of the motor. It has input and output protection circuit and is suitable for high-frequency operation of inductive devices such as brakes.
ZLKS1 conventional type
ZLKS1 comes with short-circuit wire when it leaves the factory ( terminals 5 and 6 are short-circuited by default). Short-circuiting is for slow braking. Terminal 5 and 6 also be controlled by external contacts to achieve fast braking.
ZLKS2 quick braking type
ZLKS2 has a built-in field effect tube, and the electronic switch allows the internal circuit to be quickly shut down, so that the electromagnetic brake can be quickly attracted and released.
