How to use:
Pre-heat
1. Close the portafilter to the brewing head
2. Remove the connecting rod hook
3. Remove the cross water tank cover
4. Add appropriate amount of boiling water to preheat the brewing head

Extract coffee
5. Remove the portafilter
6. Add coffee powder and press the powder
7. Can be used with secondary water distribution net (Puck screen) and put portafilter to the brewing head
8. Pour in appropriate amount of hot water (80~100ml is recommended)
9. Lock the cross water tank cover
10. Fasten the connecting rod hook
11. Place the electronic scale and espresso cup
12. Hold the portafilter handle steady with your left hand and start turning the handle with your right hand
13. As the handle is being turned, the air pressure begins to rise
14. The air pressure can be raised quickly by turning to 9 bar
15. You can change or maintain the turning rhythm to achieve the desired extraction pressure.
As the extraction progresses, the pressure will gradually decrease until the extraction is completed.

Note:
Do not exceed 12 bar during extraction, it may cause a malfunction
Malfunction caused by this is NOT tolerated
