Basic Settings:
* To switch between "Time/Count Up" and "Count Down" mode, press the "CLOCK/TIMER" button.
1. Under the Timer/Count Up mode, press the "CLOCK/TIMER" button for 2 seconds until the screen starts flashing. This signifies you have entered the time setting menu.
2. Press the "HR" button to increase HOURS value, the "MIN" button to increase Minutes value and the "SEC" button to increase Seconds value. Continue pressing the button to increase the value.
3. Press the "CLOCK/TIMER" button to confirm the new setting.

How to Use the Count Up Timer
1. Under Time/Count Up mode, press the "START/STOP" button. The timer will start the count up. Press the "START/STOP" button again to pause and press it again to continue the count up.
2. When you pause the count up time and press the "CLEAR" button, it will reset the timer to zero.
