Setelah sukses dengan Chariot dan Arcana 22 RTA, Arcana Mods & PIPELINE menghadirkan MUTED RTA, atty generasi ke-3. Muted RTA hadir setelah 2 tahun masa development yang di mulai sejak november 2022.
Muted RTA bukanlah penerus Arcana 22 RTA, tetapi memperluas keluarga Arcana Mods & PIPELINE. Ini adalah RTA side-air yang bekerja hampir tanpa suara dan lubang udaranya tidak terlihat dari luar. Ini sangat menguntungkan saat digunakan pada Mod SBS, karena pasokan udara pada Muted RTA tidak dapat tertutup secara tidak sengaja. Kami telah menerapkan ide aliran udara tersembunyi, yang telah terbukti dalam Cocoon RTA - tentu saja dengan koordinasi yang erat dengan Steampipes.
