We offer refunds for the PC in a week's duration, Here is important information you should know so we can help you:
A. To qualify for a refund, you must provide an unedited video showing the unboxing and first power-on of the PC.
B. Full Refund for Defective Units – If your PC has hardware defects, we will offer a full refund or replacement (if reported within 7 days).
C. Shipping Damage Claims – If your PC arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, you must report it within 48 hours with photos and video evidence, Otherwise you won't be able to qualify for a refund. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier.
D. No Refunds for User-Caused Damage – We do not accept returns for PCs damaged due to drops, scratches, improper handling, or modifications

•Warranty Policy:
1-Year Warranty on hardware components (excludes accidental damage).
Covers manufacturer defects, faulty components, and system stability issues.
Warranty claims require troubleshooting with our admin before approval.
