Use tips:

1. Which Version will be suitable for use in my country?

4g EU Version 1/2/3 (4G AU) is suitable for countries in Europe and Africa, Asia, Brazil and Australia

4G USA Version 1/2 is suitable for countries in America.

2. Cannot recognize my SIM card?

You can insert SIM card into the router for first, then turn on the power. If still not recognized the SIM card,please install another SIM card from another SIM card operator.

3. The device cannot connect to the Internet normally?

You need to disable the PIN code and modify the APN. (the info can consult SIM operator)

You can insert the card into the phone to unlock the PIN.

4. If your settings are correct and the device still cannot connect to the network, please consider whether it is caused by the following problems:

Account got suspended for too much data usage.

Is the SIM card an IoT card?

the sim card have limited service ,not work with router or hotspot .

not support roaming service.

some place did not cover the network Frequency band.

1. Can i attach my own 4G antennas if i buy 4G version?
Yes, It is RP-SMA connector. If you buy 4G versioin, it will come with 2 x 2.4G wifi antennas, 2 x 4G antennas, so you can attach your own 4G antennas.

2. Can i use it to my car?
Yes, it can be used as vehicles router, you only need to use a conventor to change the car voltage to 12V.

3. Can i connect to my IP camera by 3G 4G?
Yes, it supports.

4. How to set up the router?
Please tell me your email and i will send you the openwrt user manual, it is very easy to set up.

5. What is neutral version?
That means the router only has sim card slot, but isn't installed 4G module, so it doesn't work with sim card. and it will come with 2 wifi antennas. If you need it work with sim card, please select 4G version!

WE826-T2 LTE router with sim card slot also can be used as vehicles router ,you only need to use a conventor to change the car voltage to 12V.
