Change of mind cancellation or return is strictly not allowed.
1-for-1 exchange is only applicable for products that are defective/damaged during point of delivery or collection.
We may provide you with a refund of your delivery charges via OSIM cash voucher(s) if we allow you to return or exchange a product due to the delivery of the wrong product; or the product being defective/damaged.
For other forms of exchange, only products with the same or higher value are allowed, balance value for exchanges below original product value will not be applicable.
For other forms of exchange, the delivery fee paid for the first order will not be refunded and additional delivery fee will be applicable.
