What’s Covered?
Push Button Issue
If your bottle arrives with a push button that doesn’t work as intended, you’re covered within 15 days after your order are “Received.”
Return the product to Serial through the marketplace platform (complete with the push button and spring). The item must show no scratches, stains, or dents in the unboxing video.
Coating Defect (Under Sleeve)
If you notice a coating defect under the sleeve, you’re covered within 7 days after the order is marked “Received.”
The bottle must be unused, unwashed, and untested, and the original sleeve must be included when returning.
Product Function Issue
If you notice a possible functional issue with your product, please reach out to our Customer Service team for help with the return process.
Once confirmed, please return the product to Serial for a function test conducted by our team. Each case will be reviewed to confirm eligibility and determine next steps.
The product must be free from scratches, stains, or dents.
Rust Issue
Rust issues are covered for up to 1 year from the date your order is marked “Received.”
The item must be complete, with inner parts showing no color change. Our team will inspect the item before confirming eligibility.
More Important Stuff:
A complete unboxing video (from start to finish) is required as valid proof.
Returned products must be brand new (unused, unwashed, and untested) and must be an authorized purchase from Owala Indonesia Store.
Product will not be accepted if the sleeves, labels and stickers have been removed.
The review process typically takes 3–7 business days after the returned item is received at our Warehouse.
