This Convotherm CSRT1220-4 roll-in pan trolley is specially designed for use with Convotherm's 12.20 combi ovens. This exceptional unit rolls directly into the combination oven unit, providing an incredibly efficient way to rethermalize food on sheets trays or in hotel pans. Sleek and durable, the trolley features a rigid stainless steel construction that is heat-resistant and built to withstand the rigors of daily use in commercial kitchens.

It is equipped with 4 heavy-duty, non-marking casters that make it a breeze to roll it into and out of the unit, or from one location to the next in your establishment. Two of the casters lock, ensuring that the unit remains stationary whenever movement is not desired. This trolley is capable of holding up to 12 full size sheet pans, 24 half size sheet pans, or 24 full size steam table pans.
