FAQ

Q:Why can't the buttons be operated after the joystick is connected?

A:Because our joystick supports multi-platform, different devices have to be connected with different connection methods, if you use the wrong connection method, even if you connect it, it can't be operated, you can turn off the joystick first, and then follow the instruction manual, reconnect the device.

Q: Why can't I charge?

A: This is because you used a fast charger to cause the joystick to activate charging protection, please reset the joystick and use a normal 5V1A charger (fast charger is prohibited) to charge the joystick.

How to Connect

For Android standard mode: open Bluetooth, press X+HOME, click to connect the device name: BSP-D8PRO, the orange light of the joystick stays on to indicate a successful connection.

For Android V3 mode: Turn on Bluetooth, press A+HOME, click to connect to device name: BSP-D8PRO, the red light of the joystick stays on to indicate successful connection, you need to set the corresponding mapping;

For IOS MFI mode: open Bluetooth, press B+HOME, click to connect the device name: DUALSHOCK 4 WIRELESS CONTROLLER, the purple light of the joystick stays on to indicate successful connection.

FOR PC-XPUT mode: Turn on Bluetooth, press RB+HOME, click to connect to the device name: DUALSHOCK 4 WIRELESS CONTROLLER, the cyan light on the handle will remain on to indicate a successful connection.
