ABOUT THE BREAD: - Naturally leavened with our own sourdough starter that has been developed since March 2020 - Ingredients: flour, water, salt - Technique: slow fermentation process (24 hours) - Texture: crusty on the outside slightly chewy and sticky on the inside (when cut hot) - Delivered in slices. Please write in the notes if you want your bread whole (not sliced)
STORING SUGGESTION: - The bread stays fresh in room temperature for 3 days - For longer lasting bread (up to 1 month), slice and store it in an air-tight container before put it in the freezer (not fridge)
REHEATING INSTRUCTION: - Bread stored in room temperature is best to be sprinkled with water before being reheated in the oven at 200C for 2-3 minutes (preheat the oven first) - Bread stored in the freezer is best to be taken out and left in room temperature for at least 1 hour, before being reheated in the oven with the same method.
SERVING SUGGESTION: - Spread it with high fat butter (preferably European) and sprinkles of flaky sea salt and you're good to go!
