NOTE ABOUT POWER:
If you power this board with one transformer of +-12V AC,
the DC rectifier voltage will be: 12V x 1.4142-1.4V (Vdrop in diodes of bridge) = +-15.6V
This +-15.6V is less of the 17V minimum that the regulator need to work (7815 and 7915).
CONCLUSION !
The transformer standard that the user must be use is the +-15VAC
15VAC x 1.4142-1.4V (in diode bridge) = +-20VDC (to 7815 an 7915), now with +-20V the regulators 7815 and 7915 can works properly
You need to modify: Power supply requirement: AC double 15VAC (or 30V transformer with midpoint, 15+15V AC)
