MSP430 LaunchPad Value Line Development kit (MSP-EXP430G2) is a development board based on the 16-bit MSP430G2553 microcontroller IC which can be used as a programming and debugging device. This product is equipped with 20 integrated DIP sockets to speed up the programming and debugging process on the MSP430 via the 2-wire JTAG protocol. This product is also equipped with flash memory that can be programmed or erased in seconds. This product can be programmed via a PC with Windows, MacOS and Linux operating systems using software called Code Composer Studio Version 4 or you can also use IAR Embedded Workbench.
