Based on the design of
Theremino spectometer
, a series of optimizations have been made:




1. The pixel of CMOS is 1920*1080, and the Bayer array on the surface of CMOS has been removed to become a black-white camera, making the spectrum sharper;




2. The spectrum range is wider, about 340nm-1050nm;




3. The wavelength deviation of the visible light part can be controlled to 0-1nm, and the ultraviolet and infrared parts can be controlled to 1-3nm (Based on careful calibration);




4. In the future, I will add a multi-point calibration function, and the accuracy of the wavelength can be controlled to within 1nm in the full spectrum range;




5. The resolution is improved, and the characteristic spectrum lines of mercury 577nm and 579nm can be distinguished;




6. The size is smaller, about 100 length, 67 width, and 50 height mm;




7. The outer shell is made of plastic, which is more durable;




8. The Light-distributing paper is not necessary, but it must be added when the light source intensity is very high, or the light source area is relatively small, such as measuring flash lights, lasers, or single LED lamp;




9. The algorithm of the software has been modified (adding irradiation correction, removing background noise, etc.) to measure relative intensity more accurately, and the color temperature, color coordinates, and color rendering index can be calculated with an accuracy of more than 90%;
