Due to the design of the imaging distance of the AIcamera, most of the other manufacturersDSLR camera lens could not be installed to the AI DSLR camera for normal shooting (It cant focus infinitely). Usually necessary to install optical glass on the adapter ring to shoot normally, but the installation of optical glass will inevitably affect the imaging effect of the original lens.
The FD lens is transferred to the Nikon DSLR camera by using this adapter ring without optical glass. The focusing distance is generally tens centimeters or even shorter. Therefore, it is only a macro adapter ring (close up adapter ring), and the lens has become a macro lens that can only be shot close up!
