OPTOMA X3211s adalah projector berteknologi DLP dengan resolusi XGA 1024x768 pixel yang memiliki tingkat kecerahan yang tinggi yaitu 3500 ANSI LUMENS, serta contrast ratio 20.000:1 Optoma X3211s menggunakan 0.55" XGA DMD chip seri terakhir, untuk kualitas gambar yang lebih maksimal dibandingkan dengan produk sejenisnya. Kerapatan gambar yang tinggi membuat Optoma X3211s dapat menampilkan spreadsheet dan graphic yang halus saat dipakai untuk presentasi kerja, dengan kecerahan 3500 ANSI dan contrast 20.000:1 plus teknologi BrilliantColor II dan 6 segment color wheel membuat projector ini mampu menampilkan gambar yang halus dan cerah hingga ukuran 300 inci.
Konektifitas yang dimiliki Optoma X3211s adalah 1x D-Sub 16 pin, 1x RCA ( Video coposite ) dan 1x S-Video, 2x RS-232 serta 1x USB type B namun minus konektifitas HDMI, mungkin karena HDMI lebih efektif untuk projektor dengan resolusi WXGA untuk mendukung format layar lebar 16:9.
