Kami tidak menanggung jika kerusakan terjadi dikarenakan kelalaian dari pembeli seperti jatuh atau kena air. Untuk Klaim Kerusakan terkait dead pixel, disesuaikan dengan standar dead pixel pada layar dan hanya dapat diklaim penggantian jika titik yg muncul lebih dari 3 titik atau jika titik tsb lebih dari 0.2mm diamater saat light screen menyala atau 0.5mm saat light screen dalam keadaan mati.
