The Grace Design M902 Headphone Amplifier is a stereo reference headphone amp and monitoring controller housed in a sleek new 1U, half-rack enclosure. This model has been designed to provide audio pros in music, post-production and live-sound with exceptional headphone as well as stereo mains monitoring, whether from an analog or digital stereo source. The m902 provides balanced and unbalanced stereo analog inputs via rear panel XLR and RCA jacks. A pair of front panel parallel-wired 1/4 #34; TRS outputs is included to allow two headphone pairs to be used simultaneously with a pair of line outputs on the rear panel for connection to stereo monitors, to perform as a high-end system preamp. Digital and Analog Connectors Right at your finger tips is a full complement of digital and analog inputs (including USB) which are all selectable via a front panel rotary switch. These are complemented by variable-level unbalanced stereo analog outputs for studio monitors. No Compromise Circuity The Grace m902 provides high-resolution and low-level ambient detail with crossfeed circuitry for improved headphone imaging; an internal linear power supply with custom wound toroidal transformer; high current transimpedance headphone amplifier circuitry; highest quality 0.5% metal film resistors and sealed gold-contact relays for all signal switching. High Performance Audio This Grace unit includes a unique s-Lock (TM) dual stage PLL (Phase Lock Loop) for extremely low intrinsic jitter and rock-solid digital performance. It also packs a precision level control with a 95dB range in .5 dB steps, and channel level matching accuracy of 0.05dB X-Feed X-FEED is an exciting feature that simulates the acoustics of a loudspeaker listening environment employing signal cross-feed, filtering and delay circuits. This technology simulates Head Related Transfer Functions (HRTF).
