Metal powder spray welding gun:
1st-step: Use oxygen acetylene flame to heat the workpiece to 300-400 degrees Celsius.
2nd-step:Make the nozzle and the workpiece surface distance 120~150 mm, at same time put the self-fluxing alloy powder evenly sprayed on the surface of the workpiece, and then through the flame to melt till appear on a mirror surface glisten, gradually moving molten position, make the alloy powder and the workpieces mutually cladding, dispersed to each other to form a binding layer firmly.

Using different kinds of alloy powder, can get the abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and other different properties of strengthened layer.
