Igor Gorgonzola DOP Cheese

IGOR’s PDO Gorgonzola cheese is produced exclusively with fresh milk that comes from farms of Piedmont and Lombardy, in compliance with the regulations of the Gorgonzola Cheese Consortium. Over 250 farms selected by IGOR provide every day their best fresh milk collected from cows fed with natural forage, totally free of GMOs. IGOR carries out routine inspections of all the farms to ensure health and well-being of all cattle.
