Quad Clock Source with Clock Division, Multiplication & Offset

External Sync or Internal Clock modes; use it as a precise and stable master clock, or as a clock processor syncd to an external clock source
Quad clock outputs, each can be a ratio of the main clock (internal/external), with 32 different div/mult values available, from /48 (12 measures) up to x48 (128th note triplets), including fractional factors (e.g., x1.3 = dotted 8th note)
Beat offset shift for each clock pulse, +/- 96 steps (up to one 4th note shift either direction)
Input jacks 1 & 2 act as Ext Clock Sync and Reset inputs while in External Sync mode and as Start/Stop and Reset while in Internal Clock mode
Input jacks 3 & 4 are user-assignable CV input sources, which can be assigned to control any of the 4 output channels div/mult values and offsets, with selectable attenuation per destination
