Description of SPATTER CLEAN Welding Anti Spatter
Spatter Clean is a line of products designed to stop of weld spatter from adhering to metals during the welding process. Spatter Clean products consists of mildly alkaline liquid blends of surfactants complete with anti fusion additives, corrosion inhibitors, rinse aids and sequestrants. Spatter Clean can be used to protect all metal parts, jig and fixtures as well as weld tips and nozzles. Spatter Clean also have ability of short term indoor oxidation protection. Mist spraying of Spatter Clean Welding Anti Spatter will make a light protective film on workpiece, jig, fixture and mix nozzle to prevent spatter adherence. Spatter Clean Welding Anti Spatter totally safe on people, parts and the environtment.

Composition
Mildly alkaline liquid blends of surfactants complete with anti fusion additives, corrosion inhibitors, rinse aids and sequestrants. It containts High Temperature Release Agent that prevent hot spatter from sticking to the substrate. No silicones, non flammable, fast drying, paintable and cut clean-up time
Application
Spray a fine film on and around the surface to be welded, wipe or dip apply to stainless, mild steel and aluminium. Welding can begin immediately or left for later. No sticking of weld spatter to workpieces, jig, fixture and MIG nozzle. Will not create porosity or pinhole in welds
