Designed for use with select Garmin epix, fenix, Alpha, Approach, Aviator Action Pack, D2, Edge, Forerunner, quatix, and tactix series units, this device can harness and hold the power of the sun with its 2200mAh battery capacity and folding solar panel. With the included adapters, the wall unit can be used in approximately 150 countries worldwide. In addition, you can charge from a USB source for added options. The solar panel comes complete with a hook and loop strap to attach it to a backpack or tent, and a bracket to keep it in place on your bike as you peddle along. The solar panel recharges the external power pack to 1/3 power in 5 hours and full power within 15 hours, while the USB input allows for charges in less than 7 hours. The battery pack can provide up to 20 hours of additional power when fully charged.
