After spending twenty years under his father’s guidance at Aoki Knife Craft, one of the oldest knife-making companies in Sakai, Japan, Aoki decided to apply his skills to create something new.
In 1990, his vision became reality with the establishment of the Knife System Company, where he introduced the Suisin brand. By combining traditional Japanese techniques with modern technology, Suisin knives were born—crafted with passion, precision, and innovation.
Every Suisin knife is put through rigorous testing in professional kitchens before being released to the public.
