1) Nutrimill Bowl Scraper
Incl 2 sets of blades & Blade Drive
Fits over the Whips, whisks and cookie paddles to scrape the bowl
Bowl Scraper is the perfect addition for the BOSCH Universal Mixer.
Easily snaps on the top of your bowl.
Fits over both the plastic and metal whip drives.
Continuously scrapes down the side and column of the bowl while mixing, keeping ingredients fully incorporated

2) Dough Hook Extender
It help produce smaller batches of dough in your Universal Plus Mixer
The Dough Hook Extender is placed under the dough hook and fits snugly against it.
The extender sweeps the curved section of the mixing bowl next to the center column, allowing as little as one to two loaves of bread to be perfectly kneaded.

3) Cookie Paddle
Designed for medium to thick batters and cookie doughs.
( for STIFF cookie doughs like sugar cookies, or when adding multiple heavy ingredients such as fruit, nuts, and candy, SWITCH TO the DOUGH HOOK after creaming the butter )
( for VERY LARGE batches of cookies (15+ dozen), SWITCH TO the DOUGH HOOK before adding flour )
Must be used with the Metal Whip Driver (not included)

4) Cake Paddle
Cake Paddles are designed with fewer tines than standard wire whips, allowing you to throughly mix pourable batters or light mixtures without incorporating too much air.
