Feature introduction:
The TLF series coaxial flow amplifying steering gear and the BZZ5 type load sensing steering gear are both load sensing steering control elements. In the load sensing steering system, the two products can be interchanged as long as the displacement is the same. However, when the TLF series coaxial flow amplifying steering gear is used as a steering control element, its steering displacement changes with the input speed of the steering wheel. When the steering speed is low (steering wheel speed is less than 10rpm), the effective displacement of the steering element is the same as the metering displacement. When the input speed of the steering wheel increases (steering wheel speed is within the range of 10-40rpm), its effective displacement increases with the increase of the input speed of the steering wheel. When the input speed of the steering wheel is greater than 40rpm, the effective displacement of the steering element is basically constant at its calibrated equivalent displacement. This feature has a unique advantage in the steering performance of articulated industrial vehicles such as loaders, graders, wood transporters, tractors and various small vehicles. With the TLF flow amplifying steering gear, the direction will not be overcorrected by slowly turning the steering wheel during vehicle driving. When the vehicle's driving direction needs to be changed quickly, the steering flow can be increased by increasing the input speed of the steering wheel, making the direction turn faster.

The TLF1 coaxial flow amplification steering gear is a hydrostatic steering element with flow amplification capability. It can be supplied by a constant flow oil source, a constant pressure oil source or a load sensing oil source. It is usually combined with a priority valve, a two-way buffer oil replenishment valve and other components to form a load sensing hydraulic steering system. The system has the advantages of labor-saving operation, sensitive and stable steering, convenient overall layout and high system efficiency. It can be used in various large and medium loaders, bulldozers, graders, scrapers, log trucks, forklifts, tractors, mining vehicles and other low-speed walking machinery, and can also be used in ships and other occasions requiring follow-up control. Compared with the existing full hydraulic steering gear, the TLF1 coaxial flow amplification steering gear has the advantages of small size, light weight, good fine-tuning characteristics, small pressure loss, simple installation and layout, and low price. Under the condition of almost no change in the system structure and no replacement of other hydraulic components, the TLF1 coaxial flow amplification steering gear can replace the load sensing full hydraulic steering gear of the same displacement.
