The Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% + EGCG is specially formulated to tackle puffiness and under eye circles with a high concentration of Caffeine and EGCG, a purified Green Tea extract. Both have been shown to reduce puffiness and dark circles when applied to the skin. Caffeine helps to reduce swelling and constricts blood vessels under the skin, so that skin around the eyes appears tightened, while EGCG has anti-inflammatory properties and is rich in Anti-Oxidants. The formula also contains Hyaluronic Acid and Glycerin to hydrate and moisturise skin.
