VISCOLAM AT 100P adalah pengental yang siap digunakan yang dirancang khusus untuk pembuatan kosmetik & produk Personal Care.
VISCOLAM AT 100P bertindak sebagai pengental &stabilizer. Meningkatkan stabilitas formulasi make-up berpigmen.
Kompatibel dg berbagai bahan, termasuk kationik.
Efisiensi pengentalannya tidak terpengaruh oleh garam. Selain itu, stabil pada kisaran pH yang luas & tidak mengandung etoksilat.
Dpt mengentalkan produk berbasis fase minyak, dan memiliki kompatibilitas yang sangat tinggi dengan silikon, bekerja juga sebagai pengemulsi bahkan pada pH rendah (3.0 3.5).
VISCOLAM AT 100P is a ready-to-use liquid polymer based on the "Hydro Swelling Droplets" concept. When added to polar systems it hydrates and swells instantly without the necessity to heat or modify the
pH. VISCOLAM AT 100P is unpreserved as supplied and is acrylamide free.

Appearance at 25°C : viscous emulsion
Odour : from odourless to slightly aliphatic
Bulk Viscosity (Brookfield RVT) : max 6000 cpsViscosity 2% w/w water sol. (Brookfield RVT) : 45000 – 65000 cps
Solid content % : 36.0 - 42.0
pH (2 % solution) : 6.0 - 8.0

3. USE and APPLICATION
VISCOLAM AT 100P is a ready-to-use polymeric thickener/stabilizer for cosmetic emulsions. It is suggested to add the product under stirring, after the mixing of the water and oil phase. Nevertheless the product can also be added at any step of the formulation both in cold or hot process. It can be used under neutral as well as acidic conditions. Average use level is 2% as supplied, it can be used at lower levels (0.5 – 0.8%) as a co-emulsifier.
